At IbizaSurf Yoga we have practiced SUP yoga with kids. Parents are looking for activities to share with their child that, in addition of having fun, have positive benefits for their physical and mental development and for their health. Yoga for kids can be a good option to combine play with relaxation, concentration and balance. Children love it!
Children, more receptive and ductile than adults, receive many benefits through yoga: a musculature, in general, and a spine, in particular, stronger, a correct posture that reduces deviations and back pain, a elevation of immune defenses and a more serene and balanced mood.
Including in each session a part of physical practice, breathing exercises, meditation and relaxation, everything is included within a theme that allows to work and internalize the experiences lived in it.
What topics are we going to deal with? We are open to keep exploring new ones, but here are our favs: the senses, the fear, the joy, the jungle and its animals, the planets, the space, the trips, teamwork, the elements, the magic…
As we say, everything can change, except for one thing: to be present and to enjoy our body, mind and spirit.
